Omnisys is looking for an experienced Customer Success Team Leader to lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers. The Team Leader will develop and maintain customer relationships, lead the field of training, and support presale activities.
Requiring high training abilities, the Team Leader will give presentations to, and lead training sessions for, clients in Israel and abroad. The position requires standing in front of an audience on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities
Managing and leading the Customer Success team
Managing the Help Desk group for the benefit of responding to customer malfunctions (high availability is required)
Writing training literature, delivering training and presentations to clients, including standing in front of audiences on an ongoing basis
Supporting marketing and business development efforts with presale demonstrations in Israel and customer countries abroad
Developing and improving methodologies and processes for increasing customer value and streamlining internal work processes within Omnisys
Maintaining ongoing work with the sales, system engineering, and product management teams
Managing work with suppliers of technical writing and translation services for the company's projects
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in similar position – incl. 1+ years in team management mandatory
Experience conducting training and preparing training materials
Experience working with security/government bodies – a significant advantage
Background in defense world (air defense, air control, electronic warfare) – a significant advantage
Experience in presale processes and marketing of technological products – an advantage
Excellent oral and written communication abilities
Full proficiency in Hebrew and English at a high level – mandatory; additional languages – an advantage
