About Us:
We are a leading company in the iGaming industry, dedicated to providing exceptional services and support to our clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated Support Manager with a strong background in affiliate and traffic management to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Affiliate Managers: Assist with daily tasks, manage relationships, and address issues or queries.
Tech Support: Test performance and new functionality, diagnose and solve user problems, prioritize user requests, and provide individual solutions based on customer needs.
Traffic Monitoring: Monitor website traffic, analyze data for optimal performance, and report irregularities promptly.
Chat Monitoring: Oversee chat interactions, respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Proven background in the affiliate and traffic management industry.
Previous experience in tech support or managerial role is a plus.
Background in media buying for iGaming/Finance/Nutra is a plus.
Background in affiliate management for iGaming/Finance/Nutra is a plus.
Background in gambling/RMG projects
