Affiliate Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager with a bold presence, strong industry ties, and a proven track record of driving performance. This role is for someone who’s not just familiar with the affiliate world — they own it. You will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and optimizing affiliate partnerships to drive player acquisition and revenue growth across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with top-performing affiliate partners.

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates to expand our global reach, with a focus on tier-1 markets.

• Negotiate competitive deals (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) with affiliates to ensure profitability.

• Monitor affiliate performance, analyze campaign results, and optimize accordingly.

• Support affiliates with the right tools, creatives, and strategies to drive traffic and conversions.

• Ensure compliance with marketing guidelines and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with the acquisition, CRM and product teams to align on marketing goals and strategies.

• Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the online casino industry.

• Deep understanding of both casino and sports betting verticals.

• Strong personal network and reputation among top affiliates.

• Fluent in English (advantage for Russian & Spanish).

• Results-driven with excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

• A true salesperson by heart, enthusiastic, proactive, and charismatic.

• Experience working with affiliate platforms and tracking tools (e.g., MyAffiliates, DeepCI, SEMrush).

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Self-driven, proactive, and results-obsessed.
