What You’ll Be Doing:

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, manage and mentor a team of team of social media managers to ensure high-quality execution.
• Craft Creative Strategies: Develop and implement innovative content strategies that captivate and engage target audiences. Stay up to date with social media trends to keep strategies fresh and effective.
• Manage Client Relationships: Work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop content that resonates with their audience.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze engagement trends, manage execution reporting on outcomes vs. goals to optimize ongoing execution and adjust strategies to maximize reach and impact.
  
  

• Experience: 5+ years in social media marketing management, with a record of successful campaigns and client interactions.
• Team leadership: Proven experience in leadership and project management skills, inspiring and motivating a team, fostering a positive work environment, time management, and delegation.
• Client Management: Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders effectively
• Bilingual: Fluent in Hebrew and English, with a natural ability for creating compelling content and communicating effectively in both languages.
• Platform Expert: Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with the ability to leverage this knowledge for client success.
• Creative and Analytical: A blend of creativity and analytical skills, capable of generating innovative solutions and making data-driven decisions.
• Tech Enthusiast: Passionate about technology and innovation.
