Affiliate Manager

We’re seeking a motivated and hands-on Affiliate Manager to join our team and take ownership of how affiliate partnerships drive growth across AVA’s global operations. This role is all about building strong, scalable affiliate relationships, optimizing performance through data, and using innovative digital strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with online and mobile affiliates, ensuring high performance, engagement, and long-term growth.
• Work closely with influencers and media partners to increase brand reach and conversions.
• Monitor affiliate campaigns daily to ensure ROI-positive performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Use data-driven insights and analytics to evaluate performance, detect trends, and make strategic decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, product, and creative teams to support cohesive campaign execution.
• Take a proactive approach in launching and scaling affiliate programs on platforms such as Instagram, Telegram, and more.
• Support the integration and technical setup of affiliate tracking and reporting tools.
• Stay up to date with the latest affiliate marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Contribute to hitting acquisition, revenue, and performance KPIs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing—experience in fintech, online trading, or gaming industries is a strong advantage.
• Solid experience working with both online and mobile affiliates.
• Hands-on knowledge of managing affiliate and influencer partnerships on platforms like Telegram, Instagram, and others.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
• Tech-savvy, with a basic understanding of affiliate integration processes.
• Knowledge of media buying and PPC campaigns is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and online marketing tools.
• Fluent English is a must; additional foreign languages are a strong advantage.
