As the primary contact in the region, your role provides strategic leadership to a Hotel Manager and their teams, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and brand consistency. By assessing economic trends, leveraging market insights, and strengthening relationships, you will optimise hotel performance while maintaining compliance with brand and regulatory standards. With a hands-on approach, you will guide teams, oversee talent development, and, when necessary, directly manage property operations to ensure sustained success.
YOUR TASKS
- Guide a Hotel Manager and property leaders with strategic direction.
- Foster a positive, inclusive work culture aligned with company values.
- Conduct quarterly hotel visits, assess service quality, and implement action plans.
- Drive annual goals, initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Maximise revenue, oversee budgets, and drive cost efficiency.
- Analyse financial reports, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Monitor market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Track and analyse guest feedback to enhance experiences.
- Implement regional strategies to improve service and brand reputation.
- Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and operational regulations.
- Uphold brand standards in service, appearance, and operations.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum 5 years as a General Manager or 3 years in a regional role.
- Multi-hotel leadership experience; hospitality degree preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and decision-making abilities.
- Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven.
- Effective communicator with an ownership mindset.
- Excellent communication in Hebrew and English; any additional language is a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
