🔹 About the Role
The POP Slots GM is the senior leader responsible for overseeing the performance and growth of POP Slots.
POP Slots is Playstudios' biggest title, entertaining hundreds of thousands of loyal players with a real social experience, from immersive 3D tournaments to engaging social bonuses, making it the most innovative social casino game.
This role involves defining the vision and strategy, overseeing studio operations and team leadership, managing D2D operations, and driving financial performance through planning and forecasting. The GM will also communicate key updates to Playstudios management and contribute to broad company strategic initiatives. As a key member of the Casino Division leadership, the GM reports directly to the Head of the Division.

🔹 What You’ll Do
- Game Vision & Strategy
- Define and communicate the game’s overarching vision and strategic direction to ensure ongoing success and growth.
- Player Experience and Product Quality
- Oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality, and innovative experiences with a strong emphasis on player satisfaction.
- Financial Planning & P&L Management
- Manage financial planning and budgeting, ensuring optimal resource allocation and accurate performance forecasting and tracking.
- Stakeholder Alignment & Collaboration
- Coordinate efforts among partnering departments, clearly communicating priorities and focus to stakeholders and employees.
- Team Culture & Leadership
- Lead the management team and foster the studio’s culture while ensuring the right people are in the right seats.
- Site Senior Management & Casino Division Management
- Uphold the local site’s identity while collaborating with casino division leadership to drive deep cross-game alignment and achieve division-wide objectives.
- Player Engagement, Retention & Monetization
- Optimize key KPIs to maximize performance and support the company’s strategic objectives.
🔹 What You Bring
● Proven Leadership
Minimum 5+ years in senior leadership roles with a track record in operational management in dynamic, fast-paced industries.
● Strategic and Operational Expertise
Demonstrated ability in developing business strategies and driving operational efficiencies.
● Financial Acumen
Strong skills in budgeting, financial forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
● Team and Culture Builder
Proven history of building, managing, and motivating teams while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
● Adaptability
Experience managing transitions and change, ensuring smooth leadership transitions.
● Industry Knowledge
Familiarity with gaming or related entertainment industries is critical.
