Revenue Operations QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage all types of configurations provided by the Revenue department for users using internal tools.
• Execute QA processes for the entire Revenue department.
• Work closely with the Live Operations team to gain deep understanding of the business needs for various configurations.
• Ensure error-free configurations for events in the production environment using internal tools.
• As a part of the Revenue department, this role involves serving as a business representative for different feature teams.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Quality Assurance (QA) members to ensure all business requirements are met.
• Provide regular feedback to the business on the current state of features in development.
• Provide Support to any production-related questions regarding event configurations.
  
  

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with QA methodologies
• Experience testing web and mobile platforms
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Proficiency in Excel
• Ability to extract and interpret business insights from data
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability

• Familiarity with Git and basic Git commands
• Experience in CRM strategy and planning
• Experience working in a B2C environment
• Previous experience as a Product Manager
