Job Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager( Working hours are based on European time zone) with a passion for stock and crypto trading and at least 5 years as a social media manager and/or content creator. You’ll lead our content strategy and production, crafting compelling narratives for platforms like X, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. While you’ll manage organic and paid campaigns, your core focus will be developing standout content that positions us as a leader in proprietary trading, targeting traders and market enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy: Design and execute a social media content plan that reflects our prop trading expertise, focusing on stock and crypto markets, and resonates with traders and investors.
• Content Creation: Produce platform-specific content (posts, videos, graphics, stories) for X, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram, tailored to highlight trading insights, market trends, and our firm’s edge.
• Brand Storytelling: Translate our proprietary trading mission into engaging content that builds credibility and attracts a trading-savvy audience.
• Campaign Management: Plan and manage organic social media campaigns to drive engagement, with secondary oversight of paid campaigns to amplify reach and impact.
• Trend Awareness: Stay on top of stock market movements, crypto volatility, and social media trends to keep our content timely and authoritative.
• Analytics & Optimization: Monitor content performance, analyze metrics, and refine strategies to grow our follower base and influence in trading circles.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (trading, marketing, analytics) to align social media efforts with our firm’s goals and market insights.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Social Media Manager and/or Social Media Content Creator, with a proven track record of creating impactful content and building engaged audiences.
• Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience crafting content for X, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram, with a deep understanding of each platform’s audience, tone, and best practices.
• Content Focus: Strong skills in content strategy and production, with a portfolio showcasing creative, platform-tailored work (e.g., X threads on market analysis, TikTok crypto explainers).
• Campaign Skills: Knowledge of running organic social media campaigns (essential) and paid campaigns (preferred), with a focus on organic growth through compelling content.
• Industry Passion: Demonstrated experience and/or enthusiasm for stock and crypto trading—ideally reflected in past work (e.g., trading tips, market commentary) or personal interests.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software) and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social). Should also be able to demonstrate fluency with AI tools for content creation as well.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, blending creativity with data-driven insights in the volatile world of trading.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in proprietary trading, fintech, or financial services, with an understanding of market dynamics and trader mindsets.
• Familiarity with trading communities (e.g., WallStreetBets, crypto X circles), enhancing content relevance.
• A personal social media presence showcasing your skills and passion for stock or crypto trading.
