Log-On Software is looking for a Junior Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team — and no previous professional experience is required.

We're looking for someone who understands social naturally: you spot trends, have opinions about what makes content work, enjoy writing and creating, and probably already have ideas for posts before anyone asks.

What You'll Do

• Manage and create content for Log-On's social media channels
• Write and edit content across different platforms
• Spot trends and turn them into relevant brand content
• Develop creative ideas for posts, Reels, Stories, and campaigns
• Take part in marketing campaigns and creative projects
• Work closely with the Marketing team from idea to execution
• Track content performance and use insights to improve future content

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree – required
• Strong interest in social media, content, and digital marketing
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills
• Creativity, curiosity, and a good understanding of online culture
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Ability to work on multiple projects and manage priorities
• Motivation to learn, experiment, and develop professionally
