Social Media Manager

Looking for a Social Media Manager - Content Creator | sitrus

We are a marketing agency based in Tel Aviv and we are looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator for a full-time, dynamic role.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of clients' social media pages (content, publishing, performance tracking)
• Regular client visits: shooting days, collecting materials, on-site coordination
• Building a content strategy for each client based on their brand and goals
• Working with the Creative Director to align on briefs and content
• Keeping up with new trends and formats
• Reporting performance and insights to clients and the internal team
• Daily communication with clients. For example, if content material is missing, you reach out to the client and go shoot with them
• Coordinating with influencers, content creators and actresses

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in social media management (agency or brand)
• Proficiency in the platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter) and in management/scheduling tools (Postiz)
• Strong marketing copywriting in both Hebrew and English
• Independence and self-managed time in a dynamic role
• Background in filming/editing (Reels, Stories)
• Knowledge of editing software - CapCut / Premiere
• Proficiency with AI tools
