A growing gaming company is seeking an experienced Head of Affiliates to lead and expand our affiliate network. Key Responsibilities:

*Lead and mentor the affiliate team, ensuring high performance and goal achievement.

*Design and manage effective compensation structures and partner incentive programs.

*Develop and optimize marketing tools and materials for affiliate use.

*Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics to maximize revenue.

*Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to double existing affiliate-driven revenue.

*Handle high-pressure situations and crisis management effectively.
