Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic partnerships and provide expert consultation to shape functional strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Influence and collaborate with HRBPs to design and implement innovative organizational development (OD) tools and methodologies, incorporating *best practices* to ensure long-term impact and effectiveness.
- Lead and support *Performance Management* processes, including manager training, coaching, and identifying personal and professional development opportunities for employees.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities while driving organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives.
- Design and implement leadership development programs to enhance managerial capabilities and drive a high-performance culture.
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of OD initiatives and continuously improve organizational strategies.
- Proven experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management or related fields within a dynamic business environment.
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and HR teams.
- Hands-on experience in leading OD initiatives, including change management, talent strategy, leadership development, and performance management.
- Experience using data-driven insights and sensing tools to drive organizational improvements and strategic decision-making.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in organizational psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
