🚀 We're hiring a Product Manager | First Product Hire at a Growing Startup!

Our client – an early-stage, well-funded startup – is looking for a strong, tech-savvy Product Manager to join as their first product hire. This is a rare opportunity to build a product from the ground up, define the product vision, and shape the product culture and processes alongside a sharp and passionate founding team.

What you'll do:

• Take full ownership of the product lifecycle – from ideation, through design & development, to launch and iteration
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear product solutions that solve real customer problems
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define priorities and deliver value fast
• Conduct user interviews, define KPIs, and use data to inform product decisions
• Build the foundation for future product growth, including frameworks, tools, and processes

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment
• Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams and strong technical intuition.
• Ability to translate between business, user, and technical needs
• Independent, proactive, and not afraid to get your hands dirty
• Experience with B2B/SaaS products – strong advantage
