Senior Product Lead, Consumer Apps

About The Position

Pixellot is looking for a Senior Product Lead to own the strategy, engagement, and monetization of our consumer-facing apps across web and mobile. This role is responsible for taking consumer experience to the next level by understanding how users behave, identifying growth and retention opportunities, and translating business goals into a clear and actionable product direction.

You will own the consumer product area end-to-end, working closely with R&D throughout discovery, delivery, and iteration, as well as with business and customer-facing stakeholders. Your scope will include the apps themselves, the user experience, engagement and retention, product analytics, and monetization, with the goal of building scalable products that users value and that support Pixellot’s business growth.

As part of your role, you will:

• Own end-to-end product strategy for consumer apps, translating business goals into a clear, prioritized roadmap.
• Engage directly with customers and users interviews, feedback loops, beta programs to inform and validate product direction.
• Define detailed feature scope, requirements, and acceptance criteria, and drive prioritization across a multi-team backlog.
• Partner closely with R&D throughout discovery, delivery, and iteration.
• Track consumer product analytics engagement, retention, funnels and turn findings into roadmap decisions.
• Own and evolve the monetization strategy, including the ecosystem needed to support it (billing, entitlements, ad tech, payments).
• Managing a team of 2-3 product and design professionals.
  
  

• 5+ years in product management, including significant ownership of consumer-facing products across web and mobile, with 2–3+ years in a senior product leadership role.
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior what drives adoption, retention, and engagement in B2C apps, beyond just shipping features.
• Strong command of consumer product analytics: defining and tracking engagement/retention/funnel metrics, running experiments, and translating data into roadmap decisions.
• Proven experience with consumer app monetization knowing which models fit which audiences (subscription, freemium, IAP, advertising, ecommerce) and how to build the strategy and supporting ecosystem behind it.
• Track record of owning product strategy end-to-end, and defending roadmap trade-offs with data and clear reasoning.
• Direct, hands-on experience engaging with customers and users to inform product decisions.
• Strong execution skills: writing detailed specs and acceptance criteria and running rigorous prioritization across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with R&D/engineering comfortable in technical trade-off conversations and agile delivery.
  
  

• Experience in the sports domain sports media, streaming, fan engagement apps, fantasy sports, betting, or sports tech platforms.
• Familiarity with the youth/amateur sports ecosystem parents, clubs, leagues, coaches alongside or instead of professional/broadcast sports.
• Experience building or scaling subscription-based consumer businesses specifically.
• Exposure to international, multi-market consumer products with varying monetization norms by region.
• Working fluency with analytics/BI tooling (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL) beyond consuming dashboards.
