About The Role

Mars Security is looking for a Product Lead to own the roadmap end to end. You will work closely with founders and engineering, gather feedback and requirements directly from customers, and decide what gets built and in what order. You will write the specs the team builds from and be accountable for what ships.

What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap: what gets built, in what order, and why
• Talk to customers directly, gather feedback and requirements, and turn it into what ships next
• Work closely with founders and engineering to define and prioritize the build
• Write clear specs the team can build from
• Track what ships against what customers actually asked for
• Set the bar for product quality and hold the team to it
  
  

• 4+ years at a cybersecurity company working in SecOps: SIEM, SOC, MDR, XDR, UEBA, threat hunting, detection engineering, or threat intelligence - MUST
• Skilled with Claude Code and building or running agents.
• A track record of owning a roadmap end to end: research, prioritization, spec, ship
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - MUST
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to build trusted relationships with customers
