About the Position

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and storytelling-savvy Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team at Alison.ai!

This is a temporary position with a strong potential to transition into a long-term role with expanded HR responsibilities. In this role, you’ll spearhead recruitment efforts for both tech and business positions, enhance employer branding, and play a crucial role in scaling our AI-powered company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for tech and business positions, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Source, attract, and hire top talent globally through creative and strategic approaches.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and growth potential.
• Develop and implement storytelling techniques to enhance employer branding and attract top-tier talent.
• Initiate and execute hiring plans to meet business needs and support company growth.
• Collaborate with the HR team to optimize processes, build scalable recruitment strategies, and contribute to broader HR initiatives as the company grows.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a startup environment.
• Proven success in hiring both tech and business roles, including experience in recruiting internationally.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Native or near-native English proficiency, with strong storytelling and communication skills.
• A self-starter with a proactive mindset and a passion for recruitment.
• A keen interest in AI, innovation, and building high-performing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to thrive in an agile, constantly evolving startup environment and take full ownership of projects.
• Knowledge of the Martech, AdTech, or creative industries is a plus.
