HR Data Analyst

HR Data Analyst (50% position)!

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Human Resources Division, reporting to the Head of Planning and Integration.

The analyst will be responsible for extracting data from various systems and the data warehouse to support HR management and department heads. Additionally, they will analyze data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations by cross-referencing different datasets.

This role will serve as the data analytics authority within the HR division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing data services and support, including data mining and responding to information queries.
• Defining business requirements and KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring optimal and accurate reporting based on a deep understanding of business processes.
• Implementing and embedding data governance methodologies to ensure data integrity.
• Developing and maintaining SSBI reports and tools (Excel Services, Qlik Sense, Power BI).
• Conducting data investigations and generating insights within HR analytics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field – required.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or HR Analyst – required.
• Strong familiarity with technology-driven environments and project management experience – required.
• Proven expertise in SQL (advanced queries, complex functions) – required.
• High-level proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, complex formulas) – required.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, etc.) – required.
• Python knowledge – an advantage.
• Understanding of HR processes and familiarity with SAP HR – a significant advantage.
