PPC Campaign Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced PPC Campaign Manager with a proven track record in managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in successfully handling substantial advertising budgets. Additionally, experience with Meta (Facebook Ads) and Twitter Ads is an advantage.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective PPC advertising strategies to drive targeted traffic, increase brand awareness, and achieve overall business goals.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns – Must
• Experience with Meta (Facebook Ads) and Twitter Ads – Advantage
• In-depth understanding of Google Ads best practices, bidding strategies, keyword research, and audience targeting.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative PPC campaign ideas.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Ability to work toward achieving competitive CPA goals through continuous optimization and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with other advertising networks and platforms (TikTok, Snapchat, DSPs, etc.) – Advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field – Advantage

Responsibilities:

• Google Ads Management: Oversee end-to-end management of Google Ads campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, budget management, and performance analysis.
• High Budget Handling: Demonstrate expertise in managing large advertising budgets effectively to achieve optimal ROI and meet campaign objectives.
• Meta (Facebook Ads) & Twitter Ads: Utilize experience with Meta and Twitter Ads to complement Google Ads campaigns and execute integrated marketing strategies.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative and data-driven PPC advertising strategies aligned with business objectives and industry trends.
• Content Optimization: Work with content creators and designers to develop high-performing ad creatives optimized for PPC campaigns.
• Audience Targeting: Utilize audience segmentation and targeting strategies within Google Ads and other PPC platforms to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Budget Allocation: Manage advertising budgets efficiently across multiple campaigns and platforms to ensure optimal performance.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing of ad elements (headlines, images, ad copy, etc.) to optimize campaign performance and improve conversion rates.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up to date with PPC industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends related to Google Ads, Meta, and Twitter Ads.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the broader marketing team, including SEO specialists, social media managers, and content strategists, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing efforts.
