Head of CRM and Channels Department

A large and leading medical organization is seeking a Head of CRM and Channels Department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing a department of approximately 40 employees, overseeing development and project/product management in the fields of CRM, telephony, and communication channels.
• Technological and project management responsibility for the CRM system (including mailing and automation), telephony, and IVR.
• Leading transformation projects with budgets of tens of millions of shekels, having a significant impact on the organization.

Job Requirements:

• Academic degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a relevant field – mandatory.
• Extensive and proven experience in leading Delivery units for CRM systems and products.
• Background and experience in managing development, implementation, and deployment of CRM MS 365 platform, with familiarity with Power Automate and Dynamics.
• Experience in implementing and deploying Marketing Automation, CDP, Omnichannel, and Bot systems.
• Experience in cloud migration projects for CRM platforms – a significant advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of modern architecture technologies, including cloud infrastructure and services.
• Experience in managing Call Center systems, including telephony, IVR, and CRM-telephony integration (CTI).
