Social Media Manager

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join Buff.game for a 5-month maternity leave cover, with the possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate will bring strong marketing expertise, high-level English proficiency (both written and spoken), and a genuine interest in the gaming industry.

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes gaming, with a deep understanding of gaming culture, trends, and the community

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all social media platforms, including strategy, content creation, and engagement. 
• Develop trendy and engaging gaming content, including videos, graphics, and social posts that resonate with the gaming audience.
• Reach out and partner with gaming affiliates and influencers on social media to grow Buff’s social channels 
• Collaborate with our marketing agency to monitor and guide paid campaigns
• Develop creative content and ads from concept to execution
• Write marketing content for social media, ads, and website purposes
• Utilize AI tools and design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) to produce high-quality visuals and presentations
• Play an active role in the marketing team and contribute to the overall strategy
• Adapt quickly to changing goals in a dynamic startup environment



Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the gaming industry
• Proven experience in social media management and growing social media channels. 
• High-level English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of AI tools and design software (Canva/Photoshop)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Location: Herzliya office, with the option to work from home one day a week
