Product Lead

Position Overview

As a Product Lead, you will take full ownership of a key product line, driving its end-to-end strategy, execution, and customer relationships. This role requires a deep partnership with R&D, a hands-on approach to mentoring the product team, and a strong focus on building and refining product development processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Product Ownership: Independently develop and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs. Support the entire development process, the product's go-to-market strategy, measurement, and monitoring.
• Customer-Centric Execution: Own customer relationships, gathering insights to shape the product roadmap and enhance value delivery.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with R&D to drive innovation, problem-solve effectively, and accelerate product delivery.
• Mentorship & Team Development: Grow and mentor the Product Management and Product Design teams, fostering a high-performing, learning-driven culture.
• Process & Tooling Development: Establish and refine the product development framework and implement relevant tools.

Requirements:

• Hands-On Product Leader: You bring 6+ years of product experience and are deeply passionate about product work in SAAS companies. You enjoy being hands-on with strategy, execution, and customer engagement. You don’t just set direction—you dive into the details, solve problems firsthand, and work closely with teams to bring ideas to life.
• Empowering Mentor: You have a strong track record of mentoring and coaching PMs and designers, fostering professional growth, and creating a collaborative team culture. Experience in hiring and developing talent is a plus.
• Process Builder: You have experience designing and implementing scalable product development processes and tools that improve team efficiency and decision-making.
• Strategic Problem Solver: You excel at navigating complex challenges, using a structured yet flexible approach to break down problems and drive impactful decisions.
