Head of Sales

 Admetec is a fast-growing manufacturer and global leader in the medical device industry.

We seek a passionate professional to lead our global and local sales activities as the Head of Sales.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives

Lead and manage sales teams across multiple channels and territories

Build and optimize sales processes, lead sales campaigns, and identify new business opportunities

Oversee the company's relationships with distributors through the sales team

Conduct negotiations and formulate agreements

Collaborate closely with various departments to drive performance improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Marketing, or Law (required)

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management (required), experience selling medical equipment is a significant advantage

Proven experience managing sales through international distributor networks (required)

Demonstrated success as the head of a sales department

Proficient in English (required)

Strong strategic thinking, creativity, systematic view, and leadership abilities
