CRM and Channels Department Manager, Digital, Data and Channels for a leading organization! 5173

• Managing a department that includes several large teams of employees and includes areas of development and project/product management in the worlds of CRM, telephony and channels

• Technological and project responsibility for the CRM system (including mailing and automation), telephony and IVR.

• Leading transformation projects worth tens of millions of shekels and having a significant impact on the organization.

Job Requirements:

• Academic education in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering and Management - Required

• Extensive and proven experience in leading Delivery Units of CRM systems and products

• Background and experience in managing development/implementation and implementation of the MS 365 platform and familiarity with Power Automate, Dynamics

• Background in managing development/implementation and implementation of Marketing Automation, CDP, Omnichannel, Bot systems

• Experience in a CRM platform cloud migration project - a significant advantage

• In-depth familiarity with the latest technologies in modern architecture, including infrastructure and cloud services

• Background in managing Call Center systems including telephony and IVR, telephony-CRM integration (CTI)

• Experience in managing software and infrastructure suppliers

• Proven experience in leading and managing significant business products and projects and responsibility for organizational applications used by thousands of users

• Proven ability to lead units that include managers and development teams of at least 30 employees

• Background that includes implementation of agile development methodology and advanced work processes

• In-depth technological understanding, including architecture, integration, Enterprise systems, advanced databases, infrastructure components and information security
