Product Lead – Ultrasound AI Software

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Product Lead with experience in medical software, preferably in ultrasound imaging and AI-driven healthcare applications. In this role, you will drive the development and commercialization of SimHawk’s Ultrasound AI Software, working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, clinicians, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful development, regulatory approval, and market adoption of our AI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for SimHawk’s Ultrasound AI Software.
• Work closely with R&D, clinicians, and AI teams to develop high-impact AI solutions for ultrasound imaging.
• Gather and analyze market insights, customer needs, and competitive trends to shape product development.
• Ensure product compliance with medical device regulations (e.g., FDA, CE).
• Define product requirements, user stories, and specifications for AI-based ultrasound applications.
• Oversee product lifecycle management, from concept to market launch and post-market improvements.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
• Engage with customers, hospitals, and design partners to validate product usability and effectiveness.
• Work with AI engineers to ensure clinical validation and accuracy of AI models.
• Provide leadership in balancing business goals with technical feasibility and user needs.
• Manage the annotation team, ensuring high-quality and consistent data labeling for AI model training.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in healthcare AI software, medical software, or digital health.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (FDA, CE, HIPAA, MDR, etc.).
• Experience in defining and managing AI-based medical software products.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and software development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work on-site in Petah-Tikva.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in medical imaging, ultrasound technology, or AI-based diagnostics.
• Experience working with hospitals, clinicians, and healthcare enterprises.
• Knowledge of medical reimbursement models and business strategy for AI in healthcare.
• Experience in cloud-based AI solutions and digital health platforms.
