Role Overview:

As Moonshot's Brand and Marketing Designer, you will be responsible for shaping and maintaining the company's visual identity across all platforms. This is a hands-on role that requires an experienced designer with strong artistic values, deep expertise in graphic design, illustration, and industrial design, and a keen eye for branding and storytelling.

You will work closely with our CEO and Head of Business Development, playing a pivotal role in establishing a strong, cohesive, and recognizable brand. As the first designer in the company, you will not only execute projects but also lay the groundwork for future branding and marketing design initiatives, driving the creative vision and leading brand development efforts. Over time, you will have the opportunity to lead the brand and marketing design team as the company grows. This role is ideal for a visionary designer who is passionate about crafting world-class brand experiences and has the skills to bring concepts to life in a compelling, creative, and scalable way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity across all marketing and communication channels.
• Create high-quality graphic designs, illustrations, and visual assets for use in presentations, events, social media, and digital platforms.
• Oversee and execute the design of marketing materials, swag, exhibition booths, print collateral, and packaging.
• Work on industrial design projects that align with the company's branding efforts.
• Design and integrate 3D models for branding and marketing initiatives.
• Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing and branding designs that elevate the company's public perception.
• Work on UI/UX design for company websites and digital platforms.
• Ensure all design assets reflect the company’s values, messaging, and visual direction.
• Develop templates and design systems to create efficiency and consistency across all branding materials.
  
  

• 5+ years of hands-on design experience in branding, marketing, or related fields.
• Expertise in graphic design, and illustration.
• Mastery of design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
• Experience in creating brand identities and visual storytelling.
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

• Experience in B2B or B2G marketing, particularly in technology, aerospace, or deep-tech industries.
• Proven hands-on experience with 3D modeling and rendering, including proficiency in CAD modeling tools such as SolidWorks, Autodesk, and Onshape.
• Understanding of space/engineering industries and their unique design challenges.
