Senior Designer

Role overview

We're looking for a Marketing Designer to own how Limy looks and feels everywhere it shows up. You'll build and evolve our visual identity, produce brand assets across every platform, and own the look and quality of our marketing site — working day to day with the Marketing team to turn briefs into visual stories that actually land. This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks in design and speaks brand: you can take an idea and turn it into a strong visual asset, then stretch that concept across more content and channels. You'll be the design voice in a small, fast-moving team, which means real ownership, real deadlines, and a brand that is still being shaped.

What you'll do:

• Build and evolve Limy's brand language and visual identity
• Create and produce brand assets for all platforms
• Design and support marketing content and customer success stories
• Own the marketing website end to end, from look and feel to ongoing quality
• Work closely with the Marketing team across campaigns, launches, and content
• Manage your own projects and timelines independently

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years in graphic design or brand design, including at least one year in a business environment with competitive deadlines (startup, agency, or product team)
• Proven experience building an advanced visual language, not just executing existing guidelines
• Strong understanding of the digital world and familiarity with digital interfaces
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize, and hit deadlines under load
• Ability to take a brief apart and develop the concept into further content and channels
• A sharp eye for detail and a love for design that tells a story

Nice to have:

• Significant plus: After Effects experience for creating and editing video
• Familiarity with Webflow
• Ongoing work with AI tools
