Brand & Marketing Designer

We're looking for a Senior Brand & Marketing Designer to join our Tel Aviv team.
What you'll do:
Shape Artlist's brand identity, tone of voice, and visual language
Own marketing assets, website visuals, and campaign design end-to-end
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to develop creative strategies
Drive data-informed design decisions through A/B testing and user insights


Requirements:

4+ years of experience in B2C/B2B companies with a strong understanding of the design process, focusing on web, marketing and creative design
Exceptional portfolio of creative and digital marketing projects, including branding, website and mobile design, brandbook guidelines, illustrations, and infographics
AI-native mindset, you actively integrate AI tools into your daily creative workflow and are comfortable experimenting with emerging tools as they evolve
Hands-on experience with Figma Make for generative design and rapid visual prototyping
Proficiency with Claude (Anthropic) for creative ideation, copywriting assistance, and design strategy, including prompt engineering for marketing and brand contexts
Experience with AI image and video generation tools such as Midjourney, Runway, or similar, and the ability to direct, refine, and art-direct AI-generated visuals to meet brand standards
Expertise in Figma
Experienced in working with design systems
Excellent web design skills
Self-driven, independent, and capable of leading end-to-end projects
Exceptional thinker with the ability to think outside the box
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong project management skills
Expertise in user data processes, including A/B testing, user interviews, and user testing (creating funnels, metrics, insights dashboards, and segmentation). Fullstory and UserTesting.com are a big advantage
A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English
A bachelor's degree in art or design or an equivalent degree
A team player with excellent organizational skills and a positive attitude
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and After Effects, a big advantage
