We're looking for someone with real taste: the kind of person who can walk past a rack at a luxury brand and explain why the stitching, the type, and the restraint make it work. Bring that instinct to cybersecurity, a category that rarely has it. Make enterprise buyers feel they're looking at the category leader.

What You'll Do

• The visual world of Frame end-to-end: swag, booths, print, every physical and digital surface where we show up.
• A design system built to outlast: templates, component libraries, and brand guidelines sharp enough that sales, marketing, and product ship on-brand work without ever pinging you.
• The materials that close deals: decks, one-pagers, proposals, case studies, event collateral, polished to the point that buyers stop treating the deal as a risk.
• An AI-accelerated design pipeline: use AI tools to compress the cycle from weeks to days, then productize what works into workflows the team runs without you.
• The brand itself, as we scale: consistent and unmistakable across every team and surface, wowing rooms full of stakeholders along the way.
• The story behind the product: turn dense, technical material (AI-personalized training, deepfake attack simulations, human risk scoring) into visuals people want to look at and say wow.
  
  

• 4+ years of brand/graphic design in B2B SaaS, an agency, or an in-house brand team, with a portfolio that shows real range across decks, print, web, and digital.
• Figma mastery.
• Fluency across the major presentation tools.
• Typography and layout instincts sharp enough to take a dense technical story and make it clear and beautiful down to the last detail.
• An obsessive eye for detail: you notice the 2px misalignment, the inconsistent kerning, the off-brand blue before anyone else in the room does.
• Hands-on fluency with AI design and content tools, and a track record of building systems and templates, not one-off deliverables.
• A taste for ambiguity and speed: you scope your own work, ship, and iterate without much process propping you up.
