In this role you will:

• Manage daily activities for HSBC Innovation Banking clients
• Partner with the Relationship Managers to enhance client relationships including oversight of client onboarding activities.
• Provide excellent daily service to meet clients' needs.
• Provide ongoing risk monitoring, address operational risk activities, and ensure consistent application of Group Policies and regulatory requirements.
• Build effective internal networks within the HSBC Innovation Banking platform to enable full success in the role
  
  

• Role holder must be located in Israel with fluent business English and Hebrew
• Previous experience in Relationship Management /Relationship Support/ Client Service/ Investor Services and / or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Commercial Banking, Cash Management, - an advantage
• Strong problem-solving, analytical & influencing skills
• A self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to self-learning
• Strong work ethic, extremely self-motivated, success driven and uncompromising attention to detail
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
• Relevant academic degree
