Log-On Software is looking for an Account Manager to join our team and work closely with leading enterprise and technology organizations.

This role combines account management, business development, sales, and technology recruitment, with ownership of the client relationship from identifying hiring needs through successful placement and closing.

What You'll Do

• Manage and develop relationships with existing enterprise and technology clients
• Build new business relationships and identify growth opportunities
• Work directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
• Translate client needs into technology positions for our recruitment teams
• Drive recruitment processes from job opening through candidate placement
• Manage commercial negotiations, pricing, and deal closing
• Coordinate closely with recruitment teams to ensure fast, high-quality delivery
• Manage multiple client processes independently while working toward business targets

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Account Management within a software house, IT services company, or Outsourcing environment – required
• Strong sales and business development capabilities
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage processes independently and work toward targets
• Experience recruiting or managing Outsourcing employees in the technology sector – an advantage
• Experience negotiating compensation and employment terms – an advantage
