OMC Group, the leading Israeli cloud provider, is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in kiryat Bialik!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including attraction, sourcing, interviews, selection, and offer preparation.
• Proactively source and attract top talent via social media and professional networks.
• Build and maintain the company’s talent pool for current and future needs.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting roles.
• At least 1 year of experience in an in-house recruitment position.
• Proven ability to manage and lead talent acquisition processes effectively.
• Strong reporting skills and action management capabilities.
• Fluent in both Hebrew and English (business level).

• Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach.
• Independent and self-driven with a “can-do” attitude.
