We’re expanding our affiliate partnerships and looking for a high-energy Affiliate Manager to recruit, train, and grow a portfolio of top-tier media buyers. 📍 Location: Tel Aviv

• Onboard and train new media buyers, ensuring they understand and maximize Tarzo’s platform.
• Build and manage a growing portfolio of affiliates, helping each one scale their revenue.
• Develop and centralize training materials for seamless onboarding and optimization.
• Provide ongoing recommendations to affiliates on how to improve traffic and campaign performance.
• Ensure all affiliates comply with Tarzo’s policies and guidelines.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure competitive payouts while maintaining profitability.
• Develop bulk onboarding strategies to accelerate the growth of new partners.
• Set and meet quarterly expansion KPIs, tracking affiliate success and optimizing performance.
  

• At least 1 year of experience in Affiliate Management within performance marketing, gaming, e-commerce, or similar industries.
• Strong relationship management skills—ability to recruit, onboard, and scale partnerships effectively.
• Data-driven mindset—comfortable analysing performance metrics and using insights to drive results.
• Excellent negotiation skills—able to secure competitive yet sustainable affiliate deals.
• Highly organized and process-oriented—capable of centralizing materials and creating smooth onboarding flows.
• Proactive and independent—takes ownership and drives initiatives without micromanagement.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
