✅ Design and implement organization-wide development frameworks, learning programs, and process improvements

✅ Drive cross-functional transformation initiatives and advise leadership on change management strategies

✅ Develop and execute HR strategies to support employee growth, engagement, and retention

✅ Partner with senior management and HR teams to create a culture of continuous learning and innovation

📌 What You Bring:

🔹 4+ years of experience in organizational development , leading transformation initiatives

🔹A relevant Bachelor’s degree – a must

🔹 Proven ability to partner with leadership and manage complex interfaces

🔹 Strong analytical skills to assess needs, draw insights, and build actionable development plans

🔹 Experience with digital learning tools – a big plus!
