Role Description

This is a contract IT Support Engineer backfill role located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, system administration, and help desk support on-site.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and System Administration skills
• Information Technology and Troubleshooting skills
• Help Desk Support experience
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
