We’re looking for a highly experienced user acquisition Campaign Manager to drive growth through digital advertising. If you’re an analytical and creative marketer with a strong track record in performance marketing, this is your opportunity to make a big impact.

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, Twitter, etc.
• Develop compelling ad creatives and messaging to maximize conversions.
• Continuously analyze and refine campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROAS.
• Run A/B tests on ad variations, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale B2C Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging ad copy, visuals, and videos.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Goal-driven with a strong focus on performance marketing and hitting KPIs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and relevant tools.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Enthusiasm for AI-driven marketing - curiosity and adaptability are in our culture.
