Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Customer Success Manager located in Haifa. The Sales & Customer Success Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers. They will also be responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of the company's products and services, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The Sales & Customer Success Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or customer success roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Prior experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time management skills
