Responsibilities

Lead and develop our online gaming affiliate strategy. Establish and grow the casino affiliate program, including recruiting and managing

affiliates and operators. Negotiate deals with new potential gaming operators. Engage with new affiliates through multiple channels to drive performance. Oversee the optimization and ROI analysis of affiliate accounts.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager. 3+ years of experience in the online casino industry. Strong project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail. Fluent in written and spoken English. Ability to work independently while achieving ambitious targets. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
