We are looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team.
As a part of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products in the market. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that enhance product awareness, drive demand, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities:
Your day to day will include:
- Work closely with the VP Marketing and Head of Product Marketing on strategy and initiatives related to product marketing and positioning.
- Develop an expert understanding of Firefly’s platform, target market, and buyer personas to translate technical capabilities into strategic messaging and compelling product narratives across marketing channels and the buyer journey.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Sales, and R&D) to plan and execute GTM strategies and product launches.
- Create engaging and high-quality product and sales enablement collateral including one-pagers, sales decks, landing pages, demo videos, and more.
- Map and monitor the competitive landscape to identify Firefly’s unique differentiators, uncovering threats and opportunities to inform the product roadmap.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement and refine messaging.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS software as a Product Marketing Manager or relevant experience.
- Marketing experience to a deeply technical audience. DevOps engineers, platform engineers, and/or SREs - highly preferred
- Experience with the US market trends and software purchasing behavior.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical buyers and vice versa.
- Organizational skills for coordinating efforts across teams.
- Highly creative, with an eye for design and strong attention to detail
- Experience in analyst relations - an advantage.
- Public speaking experience at tech conferences - an advantage.
