We are seeking a dynamic UK Affiliate Manager to expand eToro’s UK affiliate program from our headquarters in Israel. You will engage with affiliates, enhance onboarding experiences, and foster strong relationships. Additionally, you will support marketing functions such as data reporting, project management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and engage new affiliates through various channels.
• Own affiliate promotions from a compliance point of view
• Improve the onboarding experience for marketing affiliates.
• Provide timely support and education to existing affiliates.
• Collaborate with the UK office team on strategic initiatives.
• Analyze and present performance data to inform strategies.
• Support promotion execution and manage affiliate payments.
  
  

• Native English speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of affiliate management experience, preferably in fintech.
• Passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain, and equities markets.
• Proven ability in growth marketing and multi-channel strategies.
