About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Affiliates to join our team at our Limassol head office. This is a full-time, office-based position (not hybrid), and the ideal candidate must possess a solid background in the Forex industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a global affiliate strategy tailored to LATAM, African, and other international markets.

Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.

Monitor and optimize affiliate performance to ensure ROI and KPI goals are met. Conduct market research to identify new affiliate opportunities and trends in the Forex

industry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and compliance, to

align affiliate strategies with company goals. Prepare and present performance reports and recommendations to senior management. Ensure all affiliate programs comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

Proven experience in an affiliate management role within the Forex industry. Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and tools. Knowledge of LATAM and African markets is a significant advantage. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make informed decisions. Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage). Ability to work exclusively from the office in Limassol.
