We are in search of a highly motivated B2B Business Development Representative (BDR). As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you are the first point of business contact with prospective customers. You will help our account executives to build their sales pipeline.
The position is based in Israel.
The working days and hours are based on those in the United States:
Monday through Friday, EST.
Responsibilities:
- Research organizations that match our ideal client profile.
- Customize pitches to address specific needs and pain points of enterprise clients.
Work closely with your Account Executive to identify potential customers and schedule introductory presentations.
- Conduct discovery conversations with inbound prospects.
- Follow-up on inbound marketing leads.
- Deliver value proposition and qualify prospect needs.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospected contacts.
- Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Track and report daily activities in CRM.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English (fluent speaking and writing skills required).
- Willingness to work in US hours- Must.
- At least 1 year of experience as an SDR/BDR in a B2B tech company.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work autonomously.
- Highly motivated to succeed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
