About the job

This role involves managing in-game operations through a proprietary back-end system, planning and executing CRM Push notifications, collaborating with development teams to improve operational systems, and coordinating in-game marketing campaigns and activities. Additional responsibilities include thorough testing of events and features before release and serving as a key point of contact in feature development processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-game operations using our proprietary back-end system, including setting up promotions and controlling features
• End to end ownership- Plan, Create, Implement and Monitor the CRM Push notifications operations of Match Masters
• Collaborate with development teams to continuously improve operational systems
• Coordinate and Execute marketing in- game campaigns and activities
• Conduct thorough testing of events and features before production release
• Foster strong cross-unit collaboration within the Match Masters studio
• Serve as a focal point for Operations in feature development processes

Requirements

• High Excel\Google sheets proficiency
• Experience as a CRM or Project Manager for gaming or other consumer mobile products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in international team settings
• Tech-savvy mindset
• Customer service-oriented approach for teams within the company
• Fluent English - a must
