Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy and expanding our client base. Key responsibilities include prospecting, lead generation, managing client relationships, and closing deals. As a Sales Manager, you will work closely with our marketing team to craft effective sales strategies, represent Ballerine at industry events, and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Experience:

• 3-5 years as a Sales Development Representative.
• Previous experience selling complex products or solutions is highly desirable.
• Proven quota-carrying abilities.
• A background in the payments industry or fintech is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to understand and articulate technical or complex solutions.
• Proven organizational and research capabilities to identify and qualify high-value leads.
• Language Proficiency: A fluent English speaker - essential.
