Platform Operations Manager – Learning & Development

What you’ll be spending your time on: 

• Lead Learning and Development Initiatives: identify skill gaps and create impactful training programs that empower teams to excel.
• Facilitate Knowledge Sharing: Organize and coordinate workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and forums to foster collaboration and professional growth.
• Develop and Maintain Learning Resources: Create, curate, and document learning materials, best practices, and guidelines in a centralized repository for easy access across the organization.
• Embed a Culture of Excellence: Work closely with teams to integrate continuous learning and improvement into daily workflows, ensuring every team member is equipped to succeed.
• Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Research and integrate innovative Learning and Development tools and strategies from the tech world to keep our teams at the cutting edge.
• Enhance Communication Channels: research and innovate communication channels and best practices to share cross-organizational knowledge to drive team successes.
• Support Capability Building: Partner with cross-functional leaders to align development programs with business needs, enhancing team performance and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred fields: Learning and Development, business, product management, or related areas).
• Proven experience in managing and executing Learning and Development programs or similar initiatives.
• Strong interest in product management, technology, and operational excellence.
• Awareness of emerging trends and solutions in Learning and Development and the tech industry.
