Elysian Softech is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to sell BizzyChat – an advanced AI avatar that upgrades customer service and sales for businesses in Israel. If you have experience in B2B(2C) sales and a passion for success, this is your chance!

What does the role include?

✅ Reaching out to hot leads generated through high-quality marketing and pre-qualified by our advanced AI.

✅ Supporting clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction.

✅ Performing upsells for existing clients – with additional commissions!

✅ Base salary + commission for every sale.

✅ Monthly recurring (retainer) commissions for active clients.

✅ 100% remote work with convenient hours: Sunday-Thursday 9:00-18:00, Friday 9:00-14:00.

Job Requirements:

👉 At least two years of experience in B2B sales – mandatory!

👉 Native-level Hebrew – mandatory!

👉 Strong persuasion skills, confidence, and the ability to manage high-level conversations.

👉 Willingness to work hard and deliver immediate results.
