• Collaborate Across Teams: Align sales, service, product, and tech teams for a unified customer experience.

• Continuously Improve: Gather feedback, analyze insights, and refine customer experiences.

What We Except:

• Experience in customer experience or community management.
• Deep understanding of customer journeys and digital touchpoints.
• Proven success managing cross-functional projects and aligning teams.
• Proficiency with CRM/CXM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Creativity, leadership, and excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in Hebrew (native) and English (professional).
