Social Media Manager

Canditech is a rapidly growing startup in the booming HR-tech industry, with the vision of a world without resumes. In a very short time, we have developed a world-leading SaaS platform and are working with market leaders worldwide!

We are seeking a highly creative and proactive Social Media Manager to build and manage our brand's presence across LinkedIn, Meta, X, YouTube, and other platforms. This individual will own our social media and influencer partnerships strategy end-to-end, creating engaging materials and driving meaningful connections with our audience.

• Develop and execute Canditech’s social media strategy across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Meta, X, and YouTube.
• Work on creating compelling, on-brand content and assets (visuals, videos, posts) that resonate with B2B audiences and reflect Canditech’s mission.
• Build and maintain a consistent content calendar to ensure a regular and engaging presence on all channels.
• Manage influencer partnerships from outreach and negotiation to content creation and delivery.
• Analyze and optimize performance metrics to continuously improve engagement and growth.
• Stay updated on trends in HR-tech, social media, and B2B marketing to ensure a fresh and relevant presence.

• Proficiency in English at a native level. with excellent writing and storytelling skills - a must
• 2+ years of experience in social media management, marketing, or a similar role.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS company – an advantage.
• Background in HR or HR-tech – a huge advantage.
• Strong creative skills, with the ability to create and edit visuals, videos, and other media.
• Passion for the HR field and a desire to make the world a better place for recruiters and candidates :)
