Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager at Tzag Elita located in Yehud , Israel. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales, and maintaining organizational tasks to support the sales team.

• back office operations Skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of HPC & AI technology is a plus
• Fluency in Hebrew and English languages
• Experience working with ERP-priority system is a plus
• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a Plus
