Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid HR Manager role at Philip Stein & Associates in Jerusalem and Beit Shemesh, offering some flexibility for remote work.

The HR manager will be responsible to:

• Oversee the recruitment, offboarding, and onboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions and integration of employees into our team.
• Foster strong employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Lead professional development initiatives, including training programs and continuous learning opportunities.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and fair offerings.
• Manage employee reviews, promotions, and career path planning, ensuring clarity and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in HR
• Experience in HR for a service-based company is a strong plus.
• A proven track record of effectively managing diverse teams and navigating complex employee situations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a focus on collaboration and team-building.
